These Terms & Conditions govern your participation in City Scramble events and the City Scramble text-messaging program, operated by St. Louis City League (“City League,” “we,” “us”), a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization (EIN 32-0695088). By providing your mobile number and checking the consent box at registration, you agree to receive text messages from City Scramble about the event you registered for. These are the program terms:
Program: City Scramble event updates from City League St. Louis.
Message frequency: Message frequency varies — approximately 3 messages per event (an event-start reminder, a reminder to return and turn in raffle tickets, and a link to a post-event survey).
Message and data rates may apply. Any charges are billed by, and payable to, your mobile service provider.
To opt out: reply STOP at any time to stop receiving messages. For help: reply HELP or email cityscramble@stlcityleague.com.
Carriers: Supported carriers include AT&T, Verizon Wireless, T-Mobile, and others. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Privacy: We do not share your mobile number or SMS opt-in data with third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes. See our Privacy Policy.
Donations to City League are voluntary and support our mission. City League is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit; donations may be tax-deductible to the extent allowed by law. In-kind (non-cash) donations are acknowledged with a receipt describing the item; the donor is responsible for determining fair market value.
We may update these terms from time to time; the “Last updated” date above reflects the latest version.
